"We chose Sunshine as a venue for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It was so relaxing to have the space for the full weekend. We got to spend quality time with everyone we invited, and we were able to have many of the guests stay in the cabins, making it feel like a retreat with all our favorite people! The location is beautiful, and we took advantage of the proximity to Brainard Lake to hop over for a hike one of the days. Highlights of the venue for us included the cozy living room for board games and chatting, the view of the stars from the top of the hill (breathtaking!), the big outdoor bonfire pit, and being able to relax in the hot tub :). Cathy and Cory are incredibly calm, helpful, and accommodating - we were able to really make the space our own and the fact that tables, cookware and a huge kitchen, and plates/ cutlery / cups were provided saved us even more money at this already well-priced venue. I honestly could not have hoped for better, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a cozy outdoorsy wedding! If I could give them six stars I would."     Mandy H.
